Description
Abstraction is an original acrylic on paper by Adrienne Fonda, built through multiple layers of warm ochre, olive-gold, cool teal, and muted lavender on heavyweight, slightly textured stock. Graphite scribbles and faintly scratched text add a drawn, handmade quality to the painted surface. Part of the ongoing Paper series — a body of smaller-format work exploring direct mark-making, layered color, and the boundary between drawing and painting.
